Hakkımda

1981 yılında Lisans ve 1985 yılında Yüksek Lisans eğitimini tamamladı. Marmara Üniversitesi ve İstanbul Teknik Üniversitesi’nde 13 yıl Öğretim Görevlisi olarak çalıştı. 1994 yılında TAB Gıda ailesine katıldı. 2003 yılına kadar Operasyon ve Franchise Müdürü olduğu dönemde, TAB Gıda bünyesindeki tek marka olan Burger King’in Türkiye’deki franchise şubeleşme süreçlerini yönetti.

2003-2013 yılları arasında kendi kurduğu İEF&D markası ile Franchise Danışmanlığı yaptı. Aynı dönemlerde çeşitli üniversitelerde Franchising dersleri verdi. 2013-2021 yılları arasında tekrar TAB Gıda bünyesinde Franchise Müdürü olarak görev aldı. Bu dönemde, TAB Gıda bünyesindeki Burger King, Popeyes, Sbarro, Arby’s gibi master franchise markalarının ve Usta Dönerci, Usta Pideci gibi kendi markalarının Türkiye operasyonlarını yürüttü.

2021 Nisan ayı itibariyle kendi markası olan İEF&D markası ile danışmanlık yapmaya devam etmektedir. 2013-2021 yılları arasında Gıda Perakendecileri Derneği (GPD) Yönetim Kurulu Üyeliği yapmış, 2000 yılından beri de UFRAD Yönetim Kurulu Üyeliği görevini sürdürmektedir
